That's never happened before but if it happen Our Company will cover the food cost and also will give credit the customer for the same amount.

What is the % Commission You charge the Restaurants?
We charge $6.49 per order delivered. A portion of our Fee is typically absorbed by the restaurant... similarly to how the majority of Restaurants charge the Patron a good portion, 15%, of the 25-30% service fee levied by 3rd Party Delivery Companies.
Do you have enough drivers?
We Have Thousands of Drivers everywhere in United States.

What if the food is delivered late?
If the food is delivered late and the order is canceled The Restaurant will receive cancelation email with the reason why the food is cancelled. if the reason is Our Driver We will cover 100% the food cost. GrubHub cover only 70%
Does the Restaurant need to call when there is an order for delivery?
No, the restaurant only needs to prepare the food. We take care of the rest. We receive every delivery order the same time as you do. In just few minutes after the order is received our driver will be at the restaurant to pick up the food.
